The Aztec Conservatory roof system has been designed and developed by industry experts over a period of many years. This continual development has culminated in a variety of patented designs which facilitate conservatory construction and installation.

Clip On Crestings and Finials

Unique 'snap on' design means there is no channel in the ridge cap, thus preventing any possible ingress of water.

Patented Ridge

A single ridge profile accomodates glazing from 16mm to 35mm and pitches from 15 to 35 degrees.

Dual Glazing Beads

Facilitates glazing of the roof structure, allowing panels to be installed individually. More importantly, the simplified structure of the glazing bead allows for thermal movement of glazing materials and prevents distortion associated with foiled finishes.

Panel Support

Patented one piece panel support seals the ends of the roof panels, secures them into the ring beam and also provides draught proofing between the roof spars. Completely eliminates the risk of the roof panels slipping after installation.

Box Gutter

Unique box gutter design allows for a direct external connection to standard PVC rainwater fittings, no requirement for glazing tapes or sealing compounds.

Wall Bar Flashing

Integral lead channel in the wall bar means that the flashing can be tucked neatly into the spar and does not require dressing onto the glazing material itself.

BRE Tested

Building Research Establishment tested and approved to withstand the harshest conditions likely to be encountered in the UK.
